What information we collect
Smart Diabetes Living collects only the minimum information required to provide the service you’ve asked for:
- Newsletter signup: your email address and (optionally) your first name.
- Free guide downloads: your email address, to send the guide and (if you opt in) the newsletter.
- Contact form submissions: the information you choose to send us.
- Analytics: aggregate page visit data via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect or store any health information, blood glucose data, treatment information, or anything else that could be considered personal medical data. We do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Where your information lives
Newsletter and free-guide email addresses are stored with our email service provider (planned: MailerLite). Contact form submissions reach Philip directly. Analytics data is aggregate and anonymised.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you, by contacting us at the contact page or by emailing privacy@smartdiabetesliving.com.
Cookies
We use minimal essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. Newsletter signup, downloads and contact are intended for adults. Parents and carers may use the resources on behalf of children in their care.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be notified through the newsletter.
